WELCOME

Set in 4 acers of farmland, Tyddyn Ddeugoedd was the small cottage built for the Shepherd and the labourers who worked for the17th century small holding known as Drws y Ddeugoed.

The property is approximately 400ft above sea level with views over Anglesey, Caernarfon Bay and the surrounding countryside.

Approximately 1 mile from the village of Llanrug, Tyddyn Deugoed is an extremely quiet and relaxing property.  It has its own access with ample parking.

The property has been tastefully furnished and renovated to a high standard retaining many original features.

The main entrance is by a “granary stair” into the large first floor kitchen.  A beautiful light and airy room with windows on three sides and a tiled floor.  You will find every modern appliance in the well appointed kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, freezer and washer dryer.

The ground level flooring is entirely of beautiful oak boards and has under floor heating.  A phenomenon that has to be experienced – evenly spread heat at all times with no ugly radiators.

The large lounge features the original inglenook fireplace retaining the historical salt store and gorse oven with a Morso woodburning stove and a ready supply of logs on site to make those evenings cosy and romantic.
